About The Position

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team across various specialties, including Float Pool, Emergency Room (ER), Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Critical Care, and Cardiac Units. The ideal candidates will possess acute care experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care experience relevant to the specific unit.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and other specialty certifications as required.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems; strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multiple specialties, including Med-Surg, Critical Care, and ER.
• Experience in managing diverse patient populations with varying medical conditions.
• Experience in cardiac care, including telemetry and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
