This full-time Staff Nurse, RN position is located in the Chillicothe OBGYN Clinic, with a work-life balance schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The role involves providing professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, while fostering an environment that supports the organization's vision. The Staff Nurse, RN acts as the primary caregiver, delivering direct patient care and collaborating with other care team members, physicians, and patients/families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent handles confidential patient information and makes decisions both independently and in collaboration with others, reporting directly to the Nurse Manager and indirectly to the Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification
- Application of nursing skills and processes
- Ability to provide direct patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively with care team members, physicians, and patients/families
Responsibilities
