About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Prairie Cardiovascular Care team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside. Position Specifics: o Department: Cardiology o Core Function: Nursing o Schedule: Daytime, 40 Hrs/wk o Facility: Prairie Cardiovascular Clinic o Location: Carbondale, IL o Compensation that aligns with your experience

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
