Requirements
- Nursing Degree: From an accredited institution (Diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, or vocational nursing).
- Active RN License: Current state license as an RN.
- CPR Certified: Must provide proof of current certification.
- Reliable Transportation: Current driver's license and car insurance.
- Soft Skills: Compassionate, excellent communicator, friendly demeanor
Nice To Haves
- 1 year RN home care experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Home Visits: Build trusting relationships with unique bonds through regular home visits.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate physical, psycho-social, and environmental needs in the comfort of the patient’s home.
- Education & Communication: Empower patients and families with knowledge and recommendations to enhance their quality of life.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with other healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care.
- Documentation & Supervision: Ensure timely paperwork submission and provide guidance to aides for optimal patient care.
