Requirements
- Active RN license (New York State preferred / applicable state)
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
- Ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
