We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care that supports dignity, comfort, and overall well-being. Position Details • Wage: $34.00-$40.00 Per hour DOE • Schedule: PM Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm Full-Time 0.8 FTE 64 hrs. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
  • Commitment to compassionate, person-centered elder care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
  • Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support long-term resident needs
  • Supervise and support caregiving staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Advocate for residents while educating families and caregivers on care plans and services
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
  • Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions promptly
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation within EMR systems
  • Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Foster a supportive, respectful, and resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and well-being
