Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to residents
- Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
