About The Position

LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Registered Nurse RN. We offer assisted living, memory support, advanced assisted living, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our beautiful campus is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and adjacent to Waukesha North High School. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within. Full-time, Part-time or PRN positions AM or PM shifts $36.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience Shift Differential for PM Shifts Eligible for Sign On Bonus The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care. Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Active CPR
  • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals.
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
