About The Position
Our inpatient Behavioral Health unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric needs in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, team-focused culture where nurses, providers, social workers, and therapists work closely together to support recovery and stabilization. Many nurses who join our unit choose to build long-term careers here due to the strong sense of teamwork and support. Nurses on the unit gain experience in trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

- Previous RN experience is preferred but not required
