Lake Regional is looking for an outgoing, compassionate, professional Recovery Room Registered Nurse. Job Overview: The RN will deliver nursing care to patients who are recovering from surgical procedures Perform patient assessments accurately and timely Organizes and coordinate patient care based on a comprehensive assessment Safely implements the plan of care for patients, either directly or by delegation to healthcare team members Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment Ability to work with other members of the healthcare team to meet patient needs Effectively communicates in writing and orally with patients/families and other health team members Ability to interact positively and to communicate well with patients, families, coworkers, employees, supervisors and other hospital employees. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality Supports unit quality/performance improvement Meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care
Requirements
- Missouri RN license
- BLS Certification Required
- Annual influenza vaccine required.
