Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions. Educate residents and families about health conditions and care procedures. Requirements
- Active RN license (unencumbered) in the state.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs with compassion.

- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
