Requirements

  • Active RN license (unencumbered) in the state.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs with compassion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
