Requirements
- Active RN license in your practicing state
- Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills
- Passion for positively impacting others’ lives
- Understanding of—and compliance with—state and federal regulations
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive care plans for residents
- Independently supervise and deliver high-quality nursing care
- Support and advocate for some of our community’s most vulnerable residents
