About The Position
Join a rapidly growing, mission-driven home care organization serving clients throughout Wichita and Derby, Kansas. Our clinical team delivers high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of clients’ homes, supporting seniors and individuals with chronic or complex care needs. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-time to provide in-home clinical services across Wichita and Derby, KS. This role is ideal for an experienced RN seeking flexible, supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Requirements
- Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home nursing assessments and skilled nursing visits
- Complete start-of-care admissions, reassessments, and recertifications
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
- Provide medication management, education, and clinical oversight
- Coordinate care with caregivers, families, physicians, and care managers
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and payer requirements
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
