We are searching for a dedicated Part‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and support our residents with professionalism and heart. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, and resident-centered mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Conduct assessments and monitor for changes in condition
- Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Maintain proper documentation following state and federal guidelines
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate clinical interventions
- Promote a supportive, respectful, and resident-focused environment
