Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
  • A team player who values communication, compassion, and collaboration.
  • Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior SNF or long-term care experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right fit!)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch clinical care to our residents with professionalism, patience, and heart.
  • Work closely with our team of nurses, STNAs, and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the plan of care, assess residents’ needs, and provide hands-on nursing care.
  • Be a leader on the floor — a calm, capable presence who others look up to.
