Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Emergency Department experience required unless applying for a new grad/ nurse in transition position. May consider other acute/critical care experience.
- State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility)
- BLS
- ACLS (required within 6 weeks of hire)
- PALS Certification (required within 6 weeks of hire)

Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
