Weekdays free for family, school, or personal time What You’ll Do As an RN in the Pulmonary Medicine Center, you will: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices Monitor and support patients with complex medical needs Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team at hand-offs Educate patients and families to support recovery and safe discharge Document care accurately in real time Respond effectively to emergencies and changing conditions Lead and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff Create a respectful, compassionate environment for patients and team members Why Mercy and the Pulmonary Medicine Center?
