Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required).
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dependability, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate skilled nursing care according to resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition promptly.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers with attention to detail and compassion.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality, person-centered care.
- Promote infection control, safety, and compliance across all care activities.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on respect and collaboration.
