About The Position

Ravenwood Specialty Care, part of Care Initiatives, is seeking a Charge Nurse – RN for evening shifts (2PM–10PM). Use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to provide quality, compassionate care while supervising and supporting our evening nursing team.

Requirements

• Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
• CPR certification
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and compassion

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership during evening shifts
• Assess, monitor, and support resident health and well-being
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
