Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Delaware
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting
- Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver the highest quality of care
