About The Position

Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. Requirements

Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
Current CPR certification (online-only certifications not accepted)
Minimum of two years of experience preferred
Valid PPD skin test
Standing and sitting for long periods of time, up to 12 hours.
Reaching above their head or using their hands and arms for various tasks.
Bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling to assist patients or operate equipment.
Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more to move patients, equipment, or children.
Using hands with dexterity for tasks requiring feeling, grasping, and precise movements.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines)
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Maintain a safe and clean care environment
