About The Position
We’re a California-based home care agency seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to complete per-diem client assessments and QA supervisory visits. Assessments are scheduled as needed, allowing you to accept work based on your availability while remaining an essential part of high-quality client care. Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Clean background check
- No felony convictions
- Reliable laptop for documentation
- Ability to complete assessments independently and on time
Nice To Haves
- Experience with home care and/or LTC assessments is preferred but not required
- Gerontology case management experience (a plus, not required)
