Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full time. Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced care environment
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Document care in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide leadership and support to CNAs and other staff
