About The Position

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care through the
nursing process. Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary
team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Comply with all
policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey as required by law.
• You must be enrolled within six months of hire or rehire in a CCNE or NLNAC accredited BSN or MSN program (or foreign equivalent) with a graduation date that falls on or before the employee’s third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or MSN graduates preferred
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
