About The Position
Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency in New York, is seeking experienced Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality, individualized care to private-pay clients throughout Westchester County. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with acute care experience who are looking for flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and the ability to provide focused, patient-centered care in a home setting.
Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Emergency Department preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Physical exam within 1 year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunizations within 10 years
Nice To Haves
- Prior home care experience
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes
- Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care plans
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a low patient-ratio environment
