Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN) We’re looking for mission-driven RNs who bring confidence, clarity, and quick thinking to every shift. It’s your opportunity to make a lasting impact. SHIFT OPTIONS & SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS AVAILABLE We offer a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts to support work-life balance and focus. Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead patient intake: Perform focused assessments, vitals collection, and drug screenings with efficiency and accuracy. Document with precision: Create and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs), support MAT protocols, and educate patients on their medications. Support operations: Switch easily between patient care and light administrative duties to keep the unit running smoothly. Act with urgency: Monitor for clinical changes, respond quickly to needs, and follow up consistently. Requirements

Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
Excellent triage, communication, and time-management skills
Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) a plus
