Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes
  • Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs/LPNs on shift
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
