Position Summary Responsible for delivering high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities RNs in our senior rehabilitation unit provide exceptional nursing care to elderly patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This role works closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitoring residents’ conditions and promptly responding to changes
- Accurately documenting care, progress, and outcomes
- Providing education and emotional support to residents and their families
- Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and healing environment
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve quality of care
