REGISTERED NURSE (RN) / MEDICAL IMAGING / SUPPORT
About The Position
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Dept: Medical Imaging Shift: prn-support / shift varies / 8 Hours per Pay Facility: Miami Valley Hospital North Duties & Functions Perform Stress Testing on Inpatients and Outpatients Assist with Interventional Radiology Procedures for Inpatients and Outpatients Support all Medical Imaging Modalities for Inpatient and Outpatient procedures, including but not limited to: Coronary CTA MRI Pacemakers MRI Enterography Access/De-access Ports and assist with Central Lines & PICCs for IV access Insert Foley Catheters Respond to all Medical Emergencies/codes/change in patient status in the Imaging departments Education Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration ACLS Certification required within 90 days of hire. Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1-3 years of job-related experience Preferred experience: 2-3 years of experience in critical care nursing
