Registered Nurse (RN), Per Diem Day Shift, Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation
About The Position
Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Registered Nurse for our Rehabilitation Hospital who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Registered Nurse, you will: Develop a plan of care according to the patient population Identify impending changes in patient condition accurately and initiate corrective action Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care Conduct purposeful rounding from the patient and family perspective
Requirements
- Current Maryland State RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passing score on NCLEX
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan of care according to the patient population
