As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents.

Requirements

  • Skilled RN with a proven track record of managing 1-29 skilled and long-term residents.
  • Proficient in medication pass, IV administration, g-tube, and complex clinical care management.
  • Experienced in wound care, families, doctors, other vendors, and changes in condition.
  • Night RN: Independent RN with night shift experience.
  • Ability to hold staff CNA accountable and assist the Assisted Living nurse if needed.
  • Capable of managing fall incidents, changes in condition, accessing emergency support, notifying MD, and keeping management informed.
  • Willing to float if needed.
  • You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
  • Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long term care setting/Skilled Nursing Unit
  • A natural problem solver
  • Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff

Responsibilities

  • Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.
  • Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
