Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license (or multi-state compact license) 🎓
• CPR/First Aid certification ❤️
• Reliable transportation for home visits 🚗
• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends 🕰️
• Knowledge of infection control & patient safety procedures 🧴

Nice To Haves

• Home Health, Hospice, or Geriatric Nursing experience preferred 🏠
• Strong assessment & clinical decision-making skills 🧠

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments & reassessments 📝
• Create and update care plans 📋
• Provide skilled nursing interventions & medication administration 💊
• Monitor and document client health changes 📈
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare teams 💬
• Coordinate referrals to healthcare or community resources 🔗
• Maintain accurate documentation per state & agency regulations 🕒
• Participate in caregiver training and in-service programs 🎓
