Registered Nurse (RN) – The Wave of Columbia Location: Winnsboro, South Carolina Are you a compassionate and skilled RN looking to make a real impact in behavioral health? The Wave of Columbia is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in providing hope, healing, and high-quality care for individuals on their recovery journey. Why Join Us? As an RN, you’ll play a critical role on the front lines of care, ensuring our clients are safe, supported, and moving toward lasting recovery. What You’ll Do: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a structured treatment environment. Complete client assessments, medication administration, and ongoing health monitoring. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (medical providers, clinical staff, operations) to create individualized treatment plans. Educate clients and families on health, wellness, and recovery. Support crisis intervention and uphold regulatory standards to ensure client safety.
