City View Post-Acute is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions and monitor their overall health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
- Assist with emergency situations as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
