About The Position
Oak Creek Rehabilitation in Kimberly, ID is a well-run, people-first skilled nursing facility (SNF) known for teamwork and great leadership. Our new Director of Nursing, Mckayla Huizar , is an incredible mentor and leader who loves helping nurses grow in their careers. We're offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our day shift team !
Requirements
- Active Idaho RN license (or compact license)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for seniors and a commitment to quality care
- Ability to follow state and federal long-term care regulations
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for geriatric and post-acute residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding changes in condition
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
- Complete accurate and timely charting
- Ensure each resident receives care aligned with their care plan
