The Registered Nurse functions as a primary nurse, accountable for delivering quality nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by a physician and in compliance with Homecare Agency Infection Control and HIPAA Policies. This role involves performing and completing start-of-care, recertification’s, resumption-of-care, and discharge Comprehensive OASIS assessments, all while upholding St. Luke’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree
- Previous Nursing experience
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
Responsibilities
- Providing quality nursing care for patients in their place of residence, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the standards of the Homecare Agency Infection Control Policies and HIPAA Policies
- Performs and completes start-of-care, recertification’s, resumption-of-care, and discharge Comprehensive OASIS assessment
- Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values
