About The Position

Peter Becker Community, a top-rated senior living community, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team! We currently have openings for a PRN/Pool RNs (Registered Nurse). In this roles, you’ll provide high-quality resident care, oversee nursing unit operations during your shifts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements — all while bringing compassion, professionalism, and heart to your work.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Registered Nurse License – State of Pennsylvania (Required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Current and valid
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and assisting residents in emergencies

Nice To Haves

Long-term care or senior living experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide resident-centered nursing care in line with care plans and policies
Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit and ensure schedules/procedures are followed
Allocate work assignments, train staff, and participate in evaluations
Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians as needed, and update care plans
Administer and monitor medications/treatments per guidelines
Ensure infection control, safety measures, and emergency protocols are in place
Maintain accurate records and coordinate care across shifts
Communicate compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
Contribute to Care Conferences and attend meetings/in-services
