About The Position

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Registered Nurse with strong Postpartum/Mother Baby experience to provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. This RN will demonstrate professional leadership, support the healthcare team, and uphold Patient-Centered Care and Service Excellence standards at all times.

Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in Washington, DC – Required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications – Required
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
• Postpartum/Mother Baby experience – Required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to postpartum and mother-baby patients
• Monitor and assess maternal and newborn health status
• Support patient education related to recovery and newborn care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver care aligned with Patient-Centered Care principles
• Maintain Service Excellence in all patient and team interactions
