About The Position

Addiction Treatment Center - Claremont, NH Our Addiction Treatment Program (ATP) has an experienced team of counselors and psychiatrists who offer evaluation, treatment, and referral services to individuals 18 years and older who struggle with substance use. The Registered Nurse (RN) in this department works closely with providers, social workers, counselors, research assistants, and administration, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Some responsibilities of the RN in this role include but are not limited to: Patient assessment and triage Medication administration: Vivitrol, Sublocade, Brixadi, Depo-Provera Controlled medication management Patient education: participating in group therapies Prior authorizations This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (8am-5pm). Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
Licensed RN with NH eligibility
BLS

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
Utilizes critical thinking and the nursing process to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, taking action to modify the plan of care or to elevate to the care team as necessary.
