About The Position
We are partnering with a home health provider in the Indianapolis area seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete per-visit home health skilled nursing visits. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible, supplemental income while remaining on a W2 payroll. Visits are scheduled based on availability and geographic preference.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Indiana
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- BLS required
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
- Perform patient assessments, vitals, medication reconciliation, and education
- Document visits accurately and timely per agency standards
- Communicate patient updates to the care team as needed
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and home health regulations
