Requirements
- Active Virginia RN license
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, professional bedside manner
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Complete comprehensive assessments and care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
