The YoloCares Clinical Team The Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift will join a highly skilled, compassionate interdisciplinary clinical team dedicated to providing patient- and family-centered hospice care. YoloCares’ clinical team includes registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, spiritual care counselors, nurse practitioners, and physicians who support patients and families through every stage of the hospice journey. The team is grounded in clinical excellence, mutual respect, and thoughtful coordination, with a shared commitment to dignity, comfort, and individualized care. Position Summary The RN – Night Shift reports to the Clinical Manager and is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of the Director or designee. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
