About The Position
Green Valley Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health portfolio, operates long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers across multiple states. The center aims to support its residents, their families, and staff with a warm environment, competitive wages, and career guidance. They are seeking both newly licensed and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions, offering flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance. The Registered Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing, and modifying comprehensive care plans for residents, as well as independently supervising and delivering care within the nursing unit. Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in practicing state
- Ability to assess resident needs
- Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others
- Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility
Responsibilities
- Development, implementation, and modification of the comprehensive plan of care for facility residents
- Providing independent supervision and delivery of care to residents in the nursing unit
