About The Position

Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personal care to assisted living residents at Meadowoods in Bloomington, MN, focusing on improving and maintaining their physical and emotional well-being. Meadow Woods Assisted Living, part of the Martin Luther Campus Senior Community, is a 113-unit facility offering assisted, independent, and memory care. It is located in East Bloomington, MN, near woodlands, wetlands, and the Minnesota River Bluffs, and is accessible by public transportation. The staff encourages resident participation in regularly scheduled activities and lifelong learning programs. Requirements

Current MN RN license or by start date
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population

Responsibilities

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
