About The Position
Home Health RN - Weekend BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated WEEKEND Registered Nurse to perform home health RN visits for our Denver Visits office. Coverage Territory: South of I-70 Weekend Schedules: Thu-Sat, Fri-Sun, or Sat-Mon Prior or current Home Health (Visits) and OASIS experience required. Must be available to attend office orientation for one full week (Monday through Friday, 9a-5p). Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
- Prior or current home health/visits experience.
- Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
