About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. You will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift, which includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals. Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
