Registered Nurse (RN) - CV Noninvasive Diagnostics-Heart Station-Part Time
About The Position
In the Heart Station (3 stress rooms and 3 Echo rooms), you will be responsible for both inpatient and outpatient care to patients requiring cardiac diagnostic testing. You will supervise and conduct stress testing, sedate for procedures (performance of transesophageal echo’s), coordinate patient care and work with other team members through diagnostic testing. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS
- 2 years of nursing experience on cardiac telemetry, ICU or ED required
Responsibilities
