About The Position
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a full-time day shift role where you can truly make a difference? Join Care Initiatives at Montezuma Specialty Care, where your skills and heart for care will directly improve the lives of our residents each day. As a Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care during 12-hour day shifts (6AM–6PM). Requirements
- Active RN license in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and genuine commitment to compassionate care
