About The Position

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills
- Ability to lead, delegate, and work collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Conduct assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
- Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and compliance
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Support a positive, resident-centered environment
