Requirements

  • Active Utah RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Clear communication with residents, families, and care teams
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and respond in a fast-paced setting
  • Understanding of long-term care regulations and standards

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor resident condition and respond to changes
  • Communicate updates with physicians and family members
  • Perform skilled nursing tasks (tube feedings, catheter care, wound care, etc.)
  • Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Ensure care aligns with each resident's plan and preferences
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation
